Powered by The Greater Ontario Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inland Empire Restaurants Week was created to build area awareness, show the diverse culinary community, and drive business to our local restaurants. Restaurant week showcases and strengthens the destination’s brand and culinary reputation which attracts tourists. The campaign provides increased business for restaurants, hotels, shopping centers, and entertainment venues.
The brand was developed, with the use of strong taglines as graphic elements, from “Indulge your Inner Foodie” to “We’re Cookin Now!” This allowed the campaign to rival Dine LA.
The placement of strong print, outdoor and digital components, along with utilizing social media, allowed us to reach foodies and bloggers as well as attract restaurants to participate in the event. The campaign allowed the event to double in size from the initial launch in March 2014.
