Over her 25 year career, Mary has won 40 awards, including multiple “Best of Show” accolades plus Gold and Silver ADDY’s from the American Advertising Federation. Her work encompasses event marketing, publications, advertising and websites for clients that include hotels, CVB’s, municipalities, restaurants, construction, private sector and nonprofit institutions.
Her passion to design is rivaled by her commitment to give back to the community. Her pro-bono contributions include work with the International Children’s Fund, Rotary and the WAVES PROJECT in Temecula. This year she finds herself underwater with the Waves Project, helping wounded veterans experience scuba diving to help overcome severe injuries, brain trauma and PTSD.
Andrew J. Harrill
Principal Partner - Digital Marketing
Andrew (Drew) has been working with Winter Ad Agency since 2014 providing Website Design, programming, SEO/SEM and digital marketing strategy. In mid 2018 Andrew became the Principal Partner. He continues to oversee and direct the strategic and marketing direction for interactive media platforms.
With experience in the development, marketing and implementation of multimedia branding initiatives, Drew brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Drew also co-founded and served as president for Informedia Publications, which published Destination San Diego, a magazine geared to drive awareness of San Diego to meeting planners throughout the United States.
For Jennifer, design is about communication, not decoration. This belief has been awarded with over 35 national and international awards for her work. Her obsession for design has led her to be recognized by the Horizon Interactive Awards as a Distinguished Developer. Jennifer has been with Winter Ad Agency for 5 years, all in which she has been hands on with all client projects including CVB’s and municipalities.
In her spare time, you can find Jennifer hitting the hiking trails, seeking adventure and working on improving herself. Jennifer’s high standards for every aspect of her life have been awarded with the Daughters of the American Revolution Honor medal.
Specializing in brand identity development and package design (cpg), Mark has created recognizable and award-winning design for clients including House Foods America Corporation, Marukome USA Inc., La Mexicana Food Products, Temecula Valley Winegrowers Association, Palm Springs Air Museum and United Way.
Dedicated to effective brand-building, Mark’s work can be seen at trade shows, grocery & retail environments, restaurants, events and online. In every captive space, he crafts the best visual solution for your business/marketing challenge.
Social Marketer & Writer
Allison is a writer, content marketer, consultant and brand strategist. Her writing and marketing background is expansive and includes on line and digital media (she formerly served as Director of Brand Strategy for a NYC-based digital content marketing agency), print publications (before that she worked for HGTV Magazine) and everything in between.
Allison has an acute understanding of content creation best practices, which has enabled her to increase several of her clients’ search rankings (some to page one of Google) and generate tens of thousands of likes and hundreds of shares across multiple social platforms. In the past, she has worked with large enterprises including AT&T, Panasonic and AARP as well as small business.
Human Walker & Model
Coopers great smile has lend itself in many photo shoots. He provides a calming presence in the office during late nights and tight deadlines.
Nothing ruffles his demeanor and will work for dog bones and a good scratch. You can find Cooper walking the Winter Ad Agency team throughout the day.
